MUMS & BUBS YOGA
Mother and Baby yoga classes are a wonderful way to form a special bond with your baby whilst enjoying some gentle yoga for yourself.
Come and experience yoga in a safe and nurturing space where you will learn:
· Simple yoga poses to help develop core and pelvic floor strength
· Breathing techniques to help reduce stress
· Baby massage to help your bub to relax, aid their digestion and strengthen their muscles and joints
· Ways to relax with your bub
Classes are informal and relaxed, allowing interaction with other mums and flexibility for you to attend to your baby as needed.
No previous yoga experience needed.
