If you have often thought about starting meditation, would like to find out more about it, or if you already practice it, I host regular MEDITATION AND RELAXATION evenings. We commence the evening with some stretching and breath work, followed with the practice of YOGA NIDRA, a deeply powerful way to relax and energise the body, and then finish with a guided meditation. (This event is suitable for pre-natal students.)
